Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Administrator to oversee daily operations and maximize organizational efficiency. You will handle core operational duties including financial tracking, database management, vendor relations, and cross-departmental project coordination. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who balances meticulous detail with an understanding of general business growth.
This role will provide support for areas such as inbound order flow from retailer and retail supplier partners, customer liaison activities on order fulfillment, production status, ship ready status, retailer portal management, WMS Systems management, internal liaison for sales team and communicator with the corporate operational / sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management
- Oversee routine office workflows.
- Maintain precise database records.
- Manage office equipment tracking.
- Implement internal operational procedures.
- Financial & Clerical Support
- Process vendor invoices accurately.
- Audit monthly expense records.
- Generate key financial reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related operational field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of working in an administrative management capacity.
- Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Systems: Hands-on experience using CRM software or enterprise ERP platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interaction skills across corporate levels.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting deadlines independently.
