  • Facilitate Microsoft Envisioning Workshops, guiding customers through security and compliance use cases and generating follow-on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity progression through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, CSPs, and technology advisors to expand pipeline and market reach.
  • Support post-sale transitions by ensuring seamless handoff to delivery teams and maintaining continuity of solution intent.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, methodologies, and best practices to scale technical presales excellence.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, IT architecture, or pre-sales technical consulting roles.
  • Strong experience in solution scoping, including development of SOWs, WBS, and technical proposals.
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft security technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, and/or Microsoft Purview.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CMMC, with ability to translate them into actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security domains including SOC operations, MDR/EDR, identity management, and data protection.
  • Experience engaging and presenting to executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills with a trusted-advisor mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce for opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, partner-driven, and revenue-oriented environment with strong ownership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for client and partner engagements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits
  • Remote-first flexibility with regional travel assignments
  • Professional development and certification support (including Microsoft and security certifications)
