Description:

$20.50 - $23.05 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Your New Job: Active, Hands-On, and Team-Focused

Are you the kind of person who prefers to stay active rather than sit at a desk? At High Country Beverage (HCB), our Warehouse Replenishers and Receivers are the engine of our inventory process. You’ll be part of a professional team in Northern Colorado that uses modern technology to ensure our pickers have products ready to go, and that every incoming shipment is seamlessly accounted for.

The Balance: Is This Job a Fit for You?

This role is highly physical, detail-oriented, and requires consistent energy. You don't need to be a marathon runner, but you do need to enjoy a job where you are constantly on the move and keeping things organized.

  • Active Work: You will be maneuvering cases and kegs throughout your shift, maintaining productivity across differing warehouse temperatures. It’s a great way to stay fit while getting paid.
  • The Heavy Lift: You’ll handle beverage cases and heavy kegs (up to 160 lbs). We provide the training and equipment to ensure you do this safely and efficiently without accommodations.
  • Tech-Driven: You’ll utilize inventory and receiving software to track loads, log expiration dates, and move product electronically. If you’re comfortable with digital tools, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do:
  • Precision Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, verify 100% accuracy of the Bill of Lading, and record load numbers, temperatures, and expiration dates for all pallets.
  • Inventory Mastery: Stage and put away incoming products efficiently, keeping your assigned area 100% stocked to the picking team's needs by the end of each shift.
  • Flawless Rotation: Take 100% responsibility for the proper first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation of all backstock and warehouse products daily.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrap machines to move inventory physically and electronically.
  • Team Support: Repair product breakage, assist with inventory counts, help layout the warehouse, and assist in loading outbound trucks when necessary.
  • Maintain the Space: Keep a clean, safe work environment by cleaning while you work, and always maintaining a professional attitude.
Why Join High Country Beverage?
  • Career Growth: This isn't just a warehouse job; it’s a career path. Many of our Drivers, Warehouse Leads, and Management started exactly where you are today.
  • Financial Flexibility: Access your earned wages whenever you need them with Paylocity’s On-Demand Pay.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with a company match after a 2-year vesting period.
  • The HCB Perks: Two weeks of PTO in your first year, employee beverage discounts, and company-sponsored "Safe Ride" reimbursements.

At High Country Beverage, we are more than just a beer distributor. We are a passionate team of beverage enthusiasts who are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply!

While we sincerely appreciate all applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Requirements:

Reliable Attendance: You take pride in showing up consistently and supporting your picking team.

Stamina & Adaptability: You enjoy physical work and can maintain high productivity across differing order quantities and temperature conditions.

Safety First: You strictly adhere to all state and company policies, equipment protocols, and drug and alcohol policies to keep everyone safe.

Attention to Detail: You can accurately process paperwork, cross-reference Bills of Lading, and manage digital inventory tracking.

Lifting: Ability to safely lift and maneuver cases and kegs weighing up to 160 lbs without accommodations.

Please note selected candidates will be subject to an MVR & criminal background check and a pre-employment physical/drug screen.
