Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Completion or equivalent
• 1-year KH Scheduling experience
• Epic/EMR 1-year experience
• Medical Terminology
• Computer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment. While maintaining a respectful, caring, and professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in process
• Exceeds Quality Assurance scores and productivity.
• Ability to perform as a collaborative team member.
• SME with all testing and procedures Central Scheduling can schedule.
• Proficient in all scheduling Service Lines offered in the department
• Crossed trained in Pre-service and Patient Access departments
• Proficient in insurance knowledge and ability to navigate through registration when speaking with patient/office.
