As a Principal Solution Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions. This senior technical leadership role combines hands-on architecture expertise with project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team mentorship to help organizations accelerate their cloud transformation initiatives. Working closely with architects, consultants, and business leaders, you will deliver scalable, resilient, and automated infrastructure solutions while driving technical excellence across complex enterprise environments. You will also contribute to solution innovation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing, making a lasting impact on both customer success and engineering best practices. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cloud and virtualization professionals who thrive in technically challenging, client-facing environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments across large-scale customer engagements.
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality implementation, successful execution, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation components, including vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, SDDC Manager, and Aria Suite.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to define solution architectures and guide implementation strategies.
  • Drive lifecycle management activities, including upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and ongoing operational improvements.
  • Design and implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using technologies such as PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.
  • Facilitate technical workshops, architecture reviews, design sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for customers and internal teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and technical team members while promoting engineering best practices and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to reusable deployment frameworks, automation initiatives, and process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 14–17+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, virtualization, or enterprise platform engineering.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
  • Strong expertise across the VMware Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) stack, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, SDDC Manager, and Aria Suite.
  • Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation deployments on VxRail, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), or VMware Cloud on AWS environments.
  • Strong understanding of software-defined networking (SDN), enterprise storage, disaster recovery, security, and high-availability architectures.
  • Advanced experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor engineering teams, and deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading customer workshops and technical discussions.
  • VMware certifications such as VMware Cloud Foundation Specialist, VMware Cloud Foundation Architect, VCAP, VCIX, or VMware Certified Specialist are highly preferred.
  • AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud certifications are considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive compensation package.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage with options for dependent enrollment.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and additional leave benefits.
  • Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities, including certification support.
  • Access to advanced technologies and enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects.
  • Employee wellness initiatives focused on physical and mental well-being.
  • Retirement and statutory benefits in accordance with local regulations.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and people-first work culture that encourages innovation and career growth.
