This executive leadership role is responsible for driving global growth and revenue performance across a comprehensive enterprise software services portfolio.
The position leads worldwide go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and business development initiatives for mission-critical Oracle services.
Working closely with regional and functional leaders, this role ensures alignment between sales, marketing, solution engineering, and delivery teams.

Accountabilities:

The role is responsible for leading global Oracle services growth initiatives, managing revenue performance, and ensuring successful execution of strategic business objectives. The position requires strong leadership across sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to maximize market opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Own and deliver global revenue targets across Oracle support, application management services, and consulting offerings, including renewals and new client acquisition.
  • Develop and execute global sales strategies designed to accelerate pipeline growth, increase market share, and improve sales performance.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership, sales teams, solution engineering, marketing, and delivery organizations to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Drive renewal strategies and customer retention initiatives to maintain strong client relationships and recurring revenue performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding service adoption among enterprise customers.
  • Establish accurate forecasting processes, monitor pipeline health, and maintain performance reporting aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop global sales and business development teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to guide positioning, strategy, and future growth opportunities.
  • Travel internationally as needed to support strategic customer engagements, regional alignment, and business priorities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an accomplished enterprise software executive with extensive experience leading global sales organizations and delivering large-scale revenue growth. This professional combines strategic thinking with operational execution, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization.

  • 20+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with significant expertise in Oracle services, support, application management, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets and managing large commercial portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle service models, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading global teams and driving alignment across multiple regions and business functions.
  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and operational management capabilities.
  • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.
  • Strong leadership mindset with experience building high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • MBA preferred.
