Cuesta Construction is looking for full-time laborers to join our team for a project in San Diego, specifically in the 92124 zip code area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform site clean-up.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen.

• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Moving, securing, installing, building, loading or unloading materials.

• Assisting in the building or construction of various things.

• Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.

• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.

• Be over the age of 18 years of age.

• Workers must be punctual and reliable.

• Must have a valid driver license.

• Must have reliable transportation to get to remote construction sites.

• Be able to commute 20 – 40 miles.

• Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Will be required to stand for long periods of time.

Compensation: $22 - $32/hour, depending on experience.

Job Details: This is a full-time position on job sites in the 92124 zip code area, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
