This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and support enterprise workforce management solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experiences.
You will work with advanced UKG/Kronos platforms to configure systems, build integrations, and deliver scalable solutions for business needs.
The position involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, business stakeholders, and technical teams in a remote and collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in optimizing workforce management processes, resolving complex technical challenges, and enhancing system performance.

Accountabilities:

The Kronos Consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining workforce management solutions while ensuring reliable system performance and effective business support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, configure, customize, and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications.
  • Implement and maintain workforce management modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between workforce management platforms, HR systems, payroll applications, and third-party enterprise solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop reports, interfaces, and system customizations using relevant UKG development tools and best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and support continuous improvements to workforce management processes.
  • Participate in system testing, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and implementation records.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements, organizational standards, and workforce management best practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced UKG/Kronos professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver reliable workforce management solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 5+ years of experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management development and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
  • Experience implementing and supporting Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, REST APIs, Web Services, Integration Manager, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Experience integrating workforce management applications with HR, Payroll, and third-party systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with experience resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi is an advantage.
  • UKG/Kronos certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a remote environment.
