Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead storefront operations and build a high-performing sales team in the auto and truck parts industry. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sales Manager owns hiring, staffing schedules, and performance accountability, while disseminating, tracking, and reporting the sales metrics that keep the store profitable. This leader coaches supervisors and customer service representatives toward clear goals, verifies attendance and upskilling, and champions a culture that is safe, clean, and helpful. Reports To: Director of Operations

Pay: Competitive salary, plus bonus, 70-80k Annual BOE

Hours: 40+ hours/week

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in sales, retail, or customer service management (required)

• Experience hiring, coaching, and holding a team accountable to performance goals

• Knowledge of auto and truck parts (preferred)

• Decisive, innovative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and transition team members across duties

• Comfortable disseminating, tracking, and reporting sales metrics

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Punctual, reliable, and professional

• Bilingual (English–Spanish) (preferred)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Team & Staffing

• Hire and maintain a fully-staffed sales team: 2 Supervisors, 9 Customer Service Representatives, and 1 Loss Prevention team member

• Manage daily storefront operations, staffing schedules, breaks, and task lists

• Clarify and verify individual attendance, upskilling, and team goal accountability

• Hold team members accountable for delivering excellent service with a friendly, professional attitude

Sales & Revenue:

• Disseminate, track, and report sales metrics to management

• Verify and coach Average Ticket Size – 3+ parts per transaction

• Verify and coach Warranty Attachment Rate – 4.5%+ warranties sold

• Verify and coach Minimum Average Part Price – $17.00+

• Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction

Customer Service:

• Verify and coach Customer Satisfaction Rating across the POS System survey, Google Reviews, and ratings; personally address any survey response below a “4”

• Verify and coach Complaint Resolution – resolve guest issues and interchanges efficiently and professionally, escalating as needed

• Verify and coach Repeat Customer Rate – ensure customers leave satisfied and measure return rate in POS System

CSR Efficiency & Accuracy:

• Verify and coach Transaction Processing Time – maintain an efficient checkout process

• Verify and coach Inventory Accuracy – ensure all parts are logged and sold correctly

• Verify and coach Warranty & Return Processing – handle returns efficiently while minimizing losses and maintaining records per SOPs

Operations & Standards:

• Keep the front counter and work area organized, clean, and professional

• Maintain professional communication with coworkers and management

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures – safe and clean

• Train employees on company software, policies, and procedures
