You will lead efforts to define KPIs, develop scalable reporting frameworks, and ensure marketing investments are tied to measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytically minded leader who thrives in complex, high-growth environments and enjoys turning data into actionable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define and operationalize data-driven marketing strategies, including KPI frameworks, performance scorecards, and predictive analytics initiatives.
  • Lead marketing operations and analytics efforts to ensure accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting across all marketing programs.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, product, and data teams to improve visibility, consistency, and decision-making.
  • Oversee marketing performance tracking, ensuring clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, budget efficiency, and ROI against targets.
  • Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure high-quality, compliant, and reliable marketing data across systems and tools.
  • Act as a central operational liaison, resolving bottlenecks and improving communication across teams to accelerate execution.
  • Lead optimization of marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and agility without introducing unnecessary complexity.
  • Manage and support the Marketing Operations function, including campaign execution enablement, MarTech optimization, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, strategy, or related roles in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Strong background in cross-functional program management, ideally in high-growth or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to design and manage complex, data-driven marketing systems, including KPI frameworks and performance reporting structures.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, including campaign execution and CRM integration.
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience aligning diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management, process optimization, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Opportunity to shape and scale global marketing operations in a high-growth technology environment
  • Exposure to advanced AI-driven infrastructure and data-intensive marketing systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership and technical teams
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling, innovation-focused organization
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment emphasizing ownership, accountability, and impact
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and paid time off (where applicable)
  • Remote-friendly flexibility depending on role structure and location.
