Airport Night Auditor in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah at Budget Car Rental

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. In this overnight position, you will help support the daily operations of our car rental location by completing administrative tasks, verifying records, assisting customers, and preparing the business for the next day.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Review and verify the accuracy of rental agreements, transactions, and daily records.
• Reconcile daily reports and identify any discrepancies.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and update records as needed.
• Assist customers with reservations, vehicle rentals, and returns.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding overnight activity.
• Complete end-of-day reporting and prepare documentation for the following business day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous overnight, customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience is preferred.
