Marketing Manager
Location: Remote — Colombia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Legal Services
Compensation: $1,300 – $1,700 USD/month
Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time (EST)About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm.
This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, increasing client acquisition, and strengthening the firm's digital presence through well-executed marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with leadership to develop marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, analyze performance, and continuously optimize results.
We're looking for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. This is not a role for someone whose experience is limited to social media posting, video production, or coordinating agencies. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership, making data-driven decisions, managing external marketing partners, and delivering measurable business results.

What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support the firm's growth objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage campaign priorities, timelines, and marketing calendars.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics.
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements that maximize marketing performance and return on investment.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and aligned with business objectives.
Email Marketing & Client Engagement
  • Execute email marketing campaigns that support lead nurturing and client engagement.
  • Maintain organized CRM data to improve communication and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives that strengthen the client journey.
  • Improve engagement through targeted communication strategies.
Content & Brand Marketing
  • Coordinate the development of marketing content for digital campaigns, websites, email communications, and social media.
  • Write clear, compelling marketing copy aligned with the firm's brand and business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and messaging.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen the firm's online presence and reputation.
Vendor Management & Reporting
  • Coordinate external marketing vendors and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Track key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency and marketing results.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Marketing Management.
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies, not solely content creation or social media management.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Practical experience with paid advertising on Meta and/or Google Ads.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM management, and lead nurturing.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience coordinating and managing external marketing vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English (C1) required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based professional service businesses, particularly Personal Injury law firms.
  • Georgia Personal Injury marketing experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website content management.
  • Experience improving client acquisition and marketing performance through data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
