At Kaizen Collision Center, we're looking for a Sales Account Manager who enjoys meeting new people, growing business, and creating long-term partnerships throughout the Las Vegas market. Whether your background is automotive, B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, dealerships, insurance professionals, fleet accounts, businesses, and community organizations
- Develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Represent Kaizen Collision Center throughout the Las Vegas market
- Visit existing and prospective partners on a regular schedule
- Attend networking events, community functions, and occasional weekend events
- Collaborate with local shop leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Track activity, manage your territory, and help drive continued market growth
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in outside sales, account management, business development, customer success, or relationship management
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and developing long-term business relationships
- Knowledge of the Las Vegas market is a plus
