Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Care - Female experienced with hospice patients
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care and assistance to clients in their homes. The CNA will assist with personal care, daily living activities, mobility support, and companionship while ensuring client comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Follow care plans and agency policies
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Female experienced with hospice patients
- Active CNA certification
- Strong communication and caregiving skills
- Compassionate and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently
- CPR certification preferred
