  • Collaborate with internal engineering and business teams to define, tailor, and deliver program-specific product and solution offerings.
  • Drive sales growth within assigned military programs by identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing strategic deals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on active opportunities through CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation of all client interactions.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of stakeholders across military and defense programs to expand business reach and influence.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, defense events, and customer engagements to demonstrate capabilities and strengthen relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and structured reporting on program progress, opportunities, and market insights to leadership teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred); MBA with marketing focus is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing, technology, or defense-related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with military programs or complex technical sales cycles is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to communicate and negotiate both technical and commercial requirements with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales pipelines, forecasting accurately, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills with a structured and objective approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with frequent travel.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA options).
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and employee assistance programs.
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development support.
  • Employee referral program and internal mobility opportunities across business units.
  • Remote work flexibility with significant travel exposure (approximately 50%).
