This part-time advisory role supports a U.S. Government capacity-building mission focused on strengthening partner nation intelligence capabilities through structured training, mentorship, and institutional development. The position operates in a hybrid environment, combining remote advisory work with periodic international deployments to support in-country engagements. You will contribute to building sustainable intelligence practices by translating U.S. and NATO doctrine into practical, mission-ready training and operational frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with military and government stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and on-the-ground execution. This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly shapes the development of foreign intelligence professionals and organizations. You will operate in both advisory and instructional capacities, influencing long-term capability growth in complex operational environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide expert advisory support to partner nation intelligence organizations to strengthen operational effectiveness and institutional capacity.
  • Develop, design, and deliver intelligence training programs covering planning, operations, doctrine, policy, and tradecraft across multiple disciplines.
  • Translate U.S. and NATO intelligence doctrine into accessible, practical instructional content tailored for foreign military audiences.
  • Produce strategic intelligence documents, training materials, and doctrinal guidance supporting mission objectives and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Mentor and advise senior intelligence personnel and leadership teams on best practices, processes, and operational frameworks.
  • Support intelligence-related disciplines such as OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, TECHINT, and MASINT as required.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and capability development strategies for partner organizations.
  • Engage in both remote advisory work and in-person field engagements during OCONUS deployments.
Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
  • Extensive experience producing finished intelligence products within the U.S. Intelligence Community, including support to Defense Intelligence Agency missions.
  • Prior senior-level leadership experience (GS/GG-12+, senior NCO E-8/E-9, mid-grade officer or equivalent contractor leadership role).
  • Proven experience designing and delivering intelligence training programs for military or government audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and NATO intelligence doctrine, operational frameworks, and joint service intelligence practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, advise, and train intelligence professionals in operational and strategic environments.
  • Experience drafting strategic intelligence, doctrine, policy, or defense-related analytical documents.
  • Familiarity with multiple intelligence disciplines (OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, TECHINT, MASINT).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level briefing skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including within CENTCOM areas of responsibility.
Benefits:
  • Part-time engagement with flexible monthly workload (30–50 hours non-travel; 80–90 hours during travel periods)
  • Opportunity to support high-impact U.S. Government partner nation capacity-building missions
  • Hybrid structure combining remote advisory work and international field deployments
  • Exposure to multinational intelligence environments and strategic-level advisory work
  • Competitive contract-based compensation aligned with senior SME expertise
  • Opportunity to directly influence intelligence capability development and institutional transformation
  • Professional engagement in complex operational environments supporting global security objectives
  • Travel opportunities across CONUS and OCONUS locations
