Budget and Financial Performance Manager Position Summary

The Budget and Financial Performance Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of budget functions and activities under the direction of the Senior Director of Budget and Financial Performance Management. This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the annual operating and capital budget process for all of the corporate entities. This position assists with the monthly administration of performance financial management and oversights of the systems that support the administration. In addition, the manager is responsible for assisting the development of information used for short-term and long-range financial planning purposes.

Budget and Financial Performance Manager Position Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.

Experience

  • At least five (5) years of experience in finance and/or accounting with at least two (2) years in budgeting, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong computer skills necessary
  • Experience with Axiom preferred
