At True North Fleet Services, we’re looking for a Dispatcher to support our trusted partner, Myles Wrecker Services based in Lawrenceville, GA. This role is essential in keeping towing and roadside operations running smoothly by coordinating drivers, communicating with customers, and ensuring every job is handled efficiently and professionally.

Shift
Monday - Wednesday 6 AM - 6 PM
Thursdays 6 AM - 12 PM
Full-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and gather accurate details for dispatch
Assign tow jobs to drivers based on availability, location, and priority
Confirm job pricing before dispatching a truck
Verify whether towed units require repair at Myles Truck Repair
Confirm authorizing party information for non-company callers
Communicate clearly with drivers and customers to provide updates
Accurately document job details in dispatch logs
Complete end-of-shift reports, noting issues, customer concerns, or damages
Qualifications:
Prior dispatching or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of towing and truck repair is a plus
Dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused
Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
