Overview
Oversee the daily workings of Remarques Fellowship Programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for visitors, from the time of their application to their departure, working with various University offices in order to integrate them into the Institute and NYU. Manage Remarque housing, rain students or clerical employees, and assist with event production. Serve as a Remarque liaison for communications with other schools and University offices, students, faculty, vendors, and program partners, overseeing projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience working with university students and administering academic programs and events.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office software, Adobe Creative Suite, web design, graphic design, and film editing.
Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $72,000.00 to USD $88,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
