Day to Day:
The primary function of this role will be to assist customers and potential customers with their telephone requests, explain services, respond to problems, and direct telephone calls to the appropriate area. Other day-to-day functions may include:
- Maintaining an effective level of product/program knowledge.
- Actively developing business through new and existing relationship management.
- Participating in focus groups to provide input/feedback regarding programs and products.
- Acting as the point of sale and service for the telephone delivery of Bank products and services.
- Determining customers' financial needs and selling appropriate depository or credit products/ programs.
- Deepening customer relationships through the sale of multiple services.
- Ensuring that all business transactions are in compliance with operational, technical and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
