We're seeking a dependable HVAC Helper / Parts Runner to support our HVAC team by transporting equipment, preparing job sites, and assisting experienced HVAC technicians & Installers throughout Northern Virginia.

What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, or HVAC experience preferred
- CFC (EPA) Certification preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn the residential HVAC trade
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using mobile technology and company software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a medium-duty box truck (Ford F-550/F-650 style, approximately 16–26 feet in length)
- Strong awareness of vehicle height clearances, low-hanging obstacles, and safe commercial vehicle operation
- Safely transport HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites using a company box truck
- Assist HVAC Installers with residential equipment replacements and installations
- Load, unload, and organize heavy HVAC equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment before each installation
- Pick up equipment and parts from vendors as needed
- Help maintain an organized warehouse and accurate inventory
- Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures while operating vehicles and handling equipment
- Represent Beacon professionally while delivering a five-star customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and develop the skills needed to advance in the HVAC trade
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of loading, unloading, and transporting HVAC equipment safely
