We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tax & Treasury Manager to lead our tax compliance and treasury operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in taxation and treasury management, with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize cash flow, and effectively manage key stakeholder relationships.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred. Candidates with ACCA, ICMA, or MBA (Finance) will also be considered.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of independently managing both tax and treasury functions.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
Tax Management
- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including:
- Corporate Income Tax
- Sales Tax / VAT
- Withholding Tax
- Tax planning and advisory
- Tax audits and assessments
- Statutory filings and reconciliations
- Regulatory compliance
Treasury Management
- Proven expertise in:
- Cash flow forecasting
- Liquidity and working capital management
- Banking relationship management
- Financing facilities
- Bank guarantees and Letters of Credit (LCs)
- Foreign exchange (FX) management
- Treasury operations and controls
Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Banks and financial institutions
- Tax authorities
- External auditors
- Internal business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial governance standards.
