Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry & Report Processing Specialist for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by processing reports, maintaining accurate data, and organizing documentation within internal systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data entry, report processing, document management, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and data validation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with databases or data management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) or CRM/database applications.
  • Previous experience in a corporate, government, or administrative office environment.

  • Basic knowledge of data quality and record management best practices.
