What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and check in patients like the MVP you are
• Help new patients with paperwork and get them set up in our system
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep our day running smooth
• Confirm visits, send reminders, and handle follow-ups with ease
• Keep records tidy and up to date (simple to do with an easy to navigate web based browser platform)
• Support the team with day-to-day office needs (you’re that dependable)

What You Bring

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
• A high school diploma or GED
• Medical office or scheduling experience? That’s a big plus
• Awesome customer service skills and a smile that makes people feel welcome
• Fast learner with the ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment
• Team player with strong communication and follow-through
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic office tech
