  • Develop financial forecasts and sophisticated models covering revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, component costs, capital structure, and other key business drivers.
  • Analyze actual financial performance against plan and identify the primary drivers of variances.
  • Translate financial and operational findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, its programs, cost structure, and key financial drivers.
  • Partner with Accounting during quarterly close and other recurring finance activities.
  • Help strengthen financial processes, controls, reporting, and systems as the organization grows.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy across financial models, reports, analyses, and executive deliverables.
  • Proactively identify financial insights and opportunities that can improve decision-making and support sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to leadership by bringing structure and clarity to complex business decisions.
  • Balance detailed long-term analysis with fast-turnaround requests and time-sensitive business priorities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
  • Advanced financial modeling and business analysis capabilities.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and work effectively with large amounts of information.
  • Ability to translate detailed analysis into clear, actionable business recommendations.

  • Strong systems aptitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new financial and operational tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to balance thoughtful, rigorous analysis with the need to move quickly and drive decisions forward.
  • Strong professional judgment and confidence challenging assumptions when appropriate.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
  • Experience implementing or administering financial planning and forecasting systems is a plus.
  • Cost accounting experience or familiarity with manufacturing-oriented financial analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite, particularly supply chain or manufacturing functionality, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and willingness to contribute across both strategic and operational finance activities.
