WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play an important role in producing the materials used to complete kitchen cabinet projects for customers throughout the region.

Responsibilities include:
• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce quality cabinet components.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues arise.
• Complete production documentation and required paperwork.
• Move materials safely using forklifts and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure production goals are met.
• closely with operations and scheduling teams to meet production goals

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Preferred Qualifications
• CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, machining, or related production processes.
• Ability to read measurements and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We are willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with manufacturing, woodworking, construction, automotive, or other skilled trade experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
