PHYSICIAN PRACTICE TEAM LEAD RN in Salina, Kansas at Salina Regional Health Center

Responsible for the direct and indirect care of patients. Plans, organizes, and directs the specialty service under their charge. Effectively communicates pertinent information to provide optimum patient care. Assists the director in assuming responsibility for administrative management of a specific area. Assists in development and monitoring performance improvement issues for specialty area. Works to assure competent staff are able to meet the needs of the patient population on the specialty team.

Associate's or Diploma degree from an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor in Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Two years experience in a specialty area preferred

Current Kansas registered nurse license

Current BLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification
