Summary:
An Automotive Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.
Job Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Examines customer vehicles.
- Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains their personal Fixed First Visit score at or above manufacturer standards.
- Estimates cost of repairs.
- Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Documents services performed.
- Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
- Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
- Requests necessary parts.
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude!
- A track record of excellent fixed first visit scores is required.
- A technician that averages high hours per hour due to effective use of multi point, inspections and video multi point inspections.
- At least 2 years of Automotive Technician experience.
- Stellantis / Chrysler experience beneficial.
- A great attendance record.
- A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- Professional appearance.
- Stable work history
- Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
