Portable Plant Operator in Mediapolis, Iowa at IDEAL READY MIX COMPANY, INC.

Viking Aggregates is hiring a Plant Operator to run and maintain plant equipment, keep materials stocked, and ensure safe, accurate production.

• Operate plant equipment safely and accurately
• Read and follow mix designs, orders, and project specs
• Maintain raw material inventory and order as needed
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Keep site clean, organized, and compliant
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Support team operations as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years related experience
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
• Knowledge of construction materials and tools
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work nights/weekends when required
