An owner of six residential rental units in Walloon Lake Village is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to assist with ongoing property maintenance and work orders.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing routine maintenance and repair work orders
• Troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Assisting with light oversight of property conditions
• Communicating maintenance needs and completed work clearly and timely

Qualifications:

• Prior handyman or property maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

• Hourly rate (1099 independent contractor)
