The Opportunity

The Sr. Treasury Analyst facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting and assists with bank structure management and risk management activities. Produces reports to aid in the forecasting of cash needs for the business and assists with other treasury functions such as bond issuance, certificates of insurance, bank portal administration and other related functions. Works cross-functionally with the finance teams.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Alpharetta, GA office.


What you Will do

  • Monitor daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity to meet operational needs
  • Execute wire transfers, ACH payments and other disbursements accurately and on time
  • Forecast cash flow needs and recommend funding strategies to optimize working capital
  • Maintain relationships with banking partners, ensuring efficient account structures and services. Opens, closes and maintains bank accounts, and manages all related contracts such as ownership documents, bank agreements and signatory listings
  • Oversee bank account administration, including account openings, closings and signatory updates
  • Responsible for bank portals administration and user access audit reports
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual audit reports related to treasury activities
  • Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices. Maintains up to date guidelines and desktop procedures of all critical treasury functions
  • Treasury Projects & Initiatives: Leads or support Treasury projects, including cash data analytics, system integrations, and process automation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, and other departments to optimize treasury operations
  • Other projects assigned
Requirements:

What you Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
  • Ability to quickly understand complex transactions
  • Knowledge of the banking industry, FX, derivatives and hedging strategies
  • Ability to apply finance and treasury principles
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of modern financial business tools
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • 2-5 years of corporate treasury experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective planning and priority setting
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
