Accountabilities

Lead the enterprise sales enablement strategy by designing operating models, programs, tools, learning systems, and performance frameworks that strengthen sales effectiveness and support revenue growth.

  • Oversee and develop a multi-disciplinary enablement organization, including proposal management, competitive intelligence, training, content development, platforms, events, and sales support functions.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging, priorities, and execution standards.
  • Own the Business Impact and Capabilities function, providing structured assessment and decision-making on complex client and security requests, including go/no-go recommendations.
  • Direct enterprise client security assessments and risk analyses, ensuring compliance considerations are integrated into sales strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, translating market insights into win/loss analysis, positioning strategies, and sales readiness tools.
  • Oversee sales learning and development, including onboarding, continuous training, and external education programs for partners and clients.
  • Manage enablement technology platforms, vendors, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure scalable impact and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, workflows, and communications to enhance productivity, client experience, and revenue outcomes.
  • Provide executive-level leadership, including talent development, organizational design, performance management, and resource planning.
Requirements

This role requires deep experience in enterprise sales enablement, commercial strategy, or go-to-market leadership within complex, matrixed organizations, along with strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced experience in related commercial or operational fields preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Proven success in sales enablement, revenue operations, business strategy, or commercial transformation roles.
  • Strong expertise in building scalable enablement frameworks, learning systems, and performance measurement models.
  • Experience leading competitive intelligence, sales training, content strategy, or proposal management functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex business, client, and security-related risks and translate them into actionable decisions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, forecasting, and performance insights to drive decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change and operating effectively in global, matrixed environments.
