Job Description

Manage, direct, and assign daily tasks to storekeepers and assistants who receive, store, and release goods,

Organize loading and unloading operations in the warehouse in strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), industrial hygiene, and fire protection regulations,
-
Control the allocation of material assets (MA) in the warehouse to ensure the most rational use of space, facilitating and accelerating the identification of necessary materials to prevent dispatch delays.

Oversee the receipt of material assets (MA) into the warehouse; organize verification of the number of cargo spaces, weight, volume, integrity of contents, and completeness against accompanying documents,

Ensure the efficient processing of requests for the release, picking, and completion of shipments,
-
Monitor packaging quality for transportation and create procurement requests for necessary packaging materials,
-
Participate in developing and implementing measures to optimize warehouse management and improve overall efficiency.

Prepare, record, and process income, expenditure, production, and other warehouse documents for receiving and releasing inventory,
-
Ensure all original documents from suppliers, contractors, and other company departments are received and processed properly,
-
Check that the party receiving the inventory holds all required documents in the established form,
-
Prepare established periodic reports, control their accuracy, and submit them to management on time,
-
Participate in conducting regular inventory counts (stocktaking) and preparing relevant documents.

Bear full material responsibility for ensuring the proper storage, safety, and security of all material assets, preventing damage, theft, loss, or other incidents in the warehouse.

Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields),

At least 1 year of work experience in warehouse management, stock control, or senior warehouse operations,
-
Proficiency in warehouse programs (1C - Accounting or similar ERP systems) and MS Office applications (especially Excel),
- Good command of English (both written and spoken),

Knowledge of electronic component base (resistors, transistors, etc.),

Strong knowledge of regulatory and methodological materials on warehouse management, standard storage conditions, packaging rules, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures,

Advanced reporting skills and experience in professional business correspondence,
-
Leadership, coordination, and motivation skills to effectively manage storekeepers and storekeepers' assistants,
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in conflict or crisis situations,
-
Ability to take initiative and make independent decisions.
