  • Hands-on experience with game scripting or modding tools such as Unreal Blueprints, GDScript, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including functional, regression, load, and stability testing.
  • Familiarity with PC gaming hardware and game development environments.
  • Experience using version control systems, bug tracking tools, and test management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and isolate software issues effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and precise bug reporting and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple testing priorities in parallel.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required due to contract requirements).
  • Passion for gaming, systems testing, and improving user experience in complex interactive environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, plus equity participation.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible working hours.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.

  • 8 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
  • Annual company retreats and team summit experiences.
