You will own end-to-end management of paid media accounts, with direct responsibility for campaign performance, client communication, and revenue-impacting outcomes. The position combines strategic thinking with executional depth, requiring strong command of Meta advertising and lead generation funnels. You will work closely with clients in high-value financial services, where performance metrics directly shape retention and growth. This is a highly accountable role where ownership, speed, and precision are essential. Success is measured by your ability to consistently deliver qualified appointments and meet strict cost and conversion targets. You will operate in a performance-first culture where results define impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Run bi-weekly client calls to review campaign performance, align on strategy, and define next steps
  • Deliver clear, insight-driven performance reports ahead of scheduled client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous creative testing to improve performance
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve cost-per-appointment goals
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop corrective action plans
  • Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
  • Develop hooks, messaging angles, and creative variations for systematic testing
  • Collaborate with creative teams on video ad production and iteration
  • Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting and campaign development while maintaining quality standards
  • Set up and maintain tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and attribution tools
  • Configure integrations such as Calendly, Zapier, and lead routing workflows
  • Resolve technical issues between ad platforms and client systems to ensure smooth lead flow
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a performance-driven environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and retaining clients
  • Strong copywriting skills, including experience writing ad copy and video scripts
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in financial services marketing or high-ticket, considered-purchase funnels is highly preferred
  • Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaign structures
  • Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is a strong advantage
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently solve problems and drive results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear client insights
  • Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable working under performance pressure
  • Confident in direct client interaction and accountability for outcomes
Benefits:
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, and public holidays)
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Performance-based bonus structure
