Partner, Program Manager - Program Management & Events

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner, Program Manager – Program Management & Events in United States.

This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping and delivering cross-functional programs and high-visibility events that support organizational strategy and execution. You will operate at the intersection of program management, executive communication, and event strategy, working closely with senior leadership to translate priorities into structured, actionable initiatives. The role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity where it does not yet exist, and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and operational excellence. In parallel, you will design and execute meaningful internal and external events that reflect organizational values and strengthen engagement. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution are equally important.

Accountabilities:

You will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic programs and events that advance organizational priorities, while ensuring alignment across teams and leadership.

  • Drive high-priority, cross-functional program planning by defining scope, success metrics, timelines, and execution frameworks while ensuring accountability across workstreams.
  • Translate organizational strategy into structured program roadmaps, supporting execution and operational alignment across multiple departments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and executive alignment by improving communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement across initiatives.
  • Develop tools, templates, and scalable frameworks to strengthen program management standards and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-visibility internal and external events, ensuring strong alignment with organizational messaging, culture, and objectives.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and performance tracking while delivering seamless and impactful experiences.
  • Evaluate program and event outcomes using data and feedback, driving continuous improvement and strategic optimization.
Requirements:

You bring deep experience in program management and/or event strategy, with a strong ability to operate independently in complex, fast-moving environments.

  • 6–8+ years of experience in cross-functional program or project management, ideally in high-impact or mission-driven organizations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale internal and external events, including executive-level gatherings and organizational offsites.
  • Strong ability to define KPIs, success metrics, and operational frameworks for complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail in high-stakes environments.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity and sensitive organizational contexts.
  • Experience with program management tools and frameworks, with a strong analytical and structured approach to execution.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across U.S. locations
  • Competitive salary with a range typically between $113,300 – $171,000 annually
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible work schedules
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
  • Paid parental leave (minimum of 3 months) for all new parents, including adoption
  • 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution and additional match
  • Home office support, including setup allowance for remote employees
  • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance options
  • Wellness, commuter, and employee assistance benefits
  • Additional perks such as subscriptions and periodic employee engagement benefits
