This role sits at the intersection of branded storytelling, content IP sales, and high-impact commercial partnerships, focused on building revenue through micro-drama and short-form serialized content integrations. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales of narrative-led branded content solutions to leading FMCG, D2C, and lifestyle brands, working closely with marketers and creative agencies. The position requires a strong ability to translate brand objectives into compelling content concepts that deliver measurable engagement and recall. You will own revenue targets while building long-term strategic partnerships across key industry categories. This is a senior, high-ownership individual contributor role in a fast-evolving content ecosystem where storytelling is the core product. It offers the opportunity to shape a new category of branded entertainment at scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through branded content partnerships while managing the full sales lifecycle of micro-drama and IP-based storytelling solutions.
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across micro-drama integrations and branded content IPs
- Build and maintain a strong network of brand marketers and creative agency stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation, closure, and production handover
- Develop and pitch narrative-led branded content concepts tailored to client objectives
- Educate brands on the value of micro-drama storytelling in engagement, retention, and recall
- Ensure strong pipeline management, CRM discipline, and revenue forecasting accuracy
- Drive account expansion, renewals, and long-term partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to align execution with client expectations
This role requires extensive experience in branded content sales and strong relationships within the marketing and advertising ecosystem, along with a proven track record of revenue ownership.
- 10–15 years of experience in branded content, digital media sales, or content IP partnerships
- Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets of 4.5 Cr+
- Strong network of brand and agency relationships across FMCG, D2C, beauty, healthcare, parenting, or lifestyle sectors
- Experience selling integrated marketing solutions, OTT integrations, or storytelling-led branded formats
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to pitch ideas and IPs, not just media inventory
- Solid commercial acumen in pricing, deal structuring, and multi-quarter partnership planning
- Ability to generate pipeline quickly and convert opportunities into revenue within short timelines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with creative, production, or content development teams is a plus
