Job Description
The Manager, Finance Analytics is an individual contributor role which operates as a dedicated analytics partner to finance, delivering data-driven insights that directly inform business decisions.
It goes beyond building reports — it’s about proactively identifying opportunities, translating complex data into clear business intelligence for field leaders, and advancing how finance leverages AI-assisted tools and workflows to scale its impact.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI development, and is eager to work at the intersection of analytics and emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities• Design, build, and manage executive-level Power BI dashboards that track KPIs and give real-time visibility into financial performance, turning data into decision-ready reporting for finance and field leaders
• Build and automate recurring reporting, reducing manual Excel pulls and streamlining data flows between source systems
• Lead the integration of large datasets into the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, transitioning from manual inputs to automated, data-driven financial models
• Partner with IT and the BI team on data integrity, reconciliation gaps, and pipeline reliability
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies at the source
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance insight delivery, including the team’s adoption of AI-powered workflows and tooling
Requirements:
Required
• Minimum 4 years of data analysis or any business intelligence related field
• Strong proficiency with complex SQL language composition and analysis across multiple database platforms; comfort writing and optimizing queries in large-scale enterprise data environments
• Advanced Power BI: data modeling, DAX, dashboard design and optimization
• Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple source systems, including data modeling
• Experience delivering data-driven forecasting and financial insights to business leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Capability to participate in multiple concurrent projects
• Working knowledge of corporate finance: P&L, margin, EBITDA, working capital• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field
• Advanced Excel financial modeling
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) in an analytics or data development context
