At Thrive at Green Island, we believe beauty is about more than appearances—it's about confidence, dignity, and joy. We're looking for a warm, compassionate, and talented Licensed Beautician to provide salon services to our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in our beautiful on-site salon.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a difference one appointment at a time.

Schedule
Minimum of 2 days per week
Flexible scheduling available
Opportunity to grow your client base within our community

Responsibilities
Provide haircuts, shampoos, styles, blowouts, and basic hair care services
Perform color, perms, and other salon services as desired and appropriate
Create a welcoming, uplifting salon experience for residents
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Follow all state licensing, sanitation, and infection control standards
Accommodate residents with varying mobility and cognitive abilities with patience and compassion

Qualifications
Current Georgia Cosmetology License required
Proof of current liability insurance required
Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required
Friendly, dependable, patient, and customer-service focused
Ability to work independently and manage appointment scheduling
