This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Business Development And Integrations based in the United States.

This role focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships that improve connectivity across the healthcare technology ecosystem.
The position combines business development, technical integrations, and strategic execution to modernize provider-facing workflows.
You will lead complex partnerships from initial discovery through implementation, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the complete partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, relationship development, contract negotiations, and technical implementation.
  • Build and grow a provider-focused partner ecosystem by identifying opportunities that enhance interoperability and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive successful integrations and ensure alignment between technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard third-party technology partners that support platform expansion and operational goals.
  • Translate complex integration requirements between clinical teams, technical stakeholders, and commercial partners.
  • Identify market opportunities at the intersection of healthcare technology, pharmacy operations, and provider workflows.
  • Partner with leadership to align business development initiatives with strategic priorities and growth objectives.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies.
  • Develop business cases, evaluate opportunities, and support market expansion initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by providing recommendations that improve healthcare technology partnerships and operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, finance, and growth teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, pharmacy technology, digital health, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, integrations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, provider workflows, interoperability, or pharmacy operations.
  • Ability to manage complex projects involving technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and build alignment across diverse teams.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with experience working effectively in cross-functional environments.
