We're looking for a Parts Manager who can keep production moving by ensuring the right parts are ordered, received, organized, and ready when our technicians need them.
The RoleAs Parts Manager, you'll oversee the entire parts operation while working closely with estimators, technicians, vendors, and production staff to keep repairs on schedule and customers happy.
Success in this position comes from strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems before they slow production.
What You'll Do- Order and source collision repair parts accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory, returns, credits, and vendor relationships
- Verify incoming parts against repair plans for accuracy and quality
- Work closely with estimators and technicians to support production
- Monitor parts status and proactively resolve backorders or shipping delays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Coordinate supplements and additional parts needs throughout the repair process
- Help reduce cycle time by keeping repairs moving efficiently
- 1–2 years of collision repair parts experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and collision repair processes
- Experience working with OEM and aftermarket suppliers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
