The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager, Client Delivery to manage onboarding and implementation projects across Ascenda’s loyalty ecosystem.

This role is focused on the successful delivery of new client implementations, loyalty partner onboarding, and vendor integrations. You’ll work closely with external clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business goals.

You’ll be responsible for driving delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and clear project governance throughout the lifecycle.

This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for a global portfolio of clients, loyalty partners, and vendors
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and other internal departments to ensure unified delivery
  • Drive project timelines, governance, status reporting, and delivery milestones for Steering Committee updates
  • Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans via RAID registers
  • Manage project change requests, scope discussions, and delivery impacts to control project outcomes
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders as the primary delivery bridge
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID registers, status reports, and delivery documentation
  • Support testing coordination and delivery readiness activities with internal and client teams to ensure technical success
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners while supporting multiple concurrent projects
  • Contribute to PMO process improvements, reporting standards, governance practices, and delivery frameworks

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager in a client-facing delivery environment, ideally across SaaS, fintech, loyalty, or implementation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability to achieve delivery milestones
  • Experience maintaining project governance artefacts including RAID registers, project plans, status reporting, Steering Committee updates, and change request tracking
  • Proactive and delivery-focused mindset with the ability to drive outcomes, escalate risks early, and adapt quickly in ambiguous environments
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Smartsheet, and Slack
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and external partners during implementation and testing phases
  • Experience within loyalty, rewards, fintech, payments, travel, or marketplace ecosystems is advantageous.

  • Experience working with banks, fintechs, loyalty programs, airline/hotel partners, or marketplace ecosystems
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with hybrid delivery methodologies
