Management Trainee
Location: Lynchburg, VA

A family owned, 126-year-old, growing retail furniture operation has an immediate opening for a motivated Management Trainee in Farmville, VA. Gain valuable hands-on experience in all areas of operations as you advance along an exciting career path.

We are looking for hard-working career-minded people who are serious about making an excellent income. This is an aggressive Management Training Program with significant income potential. The applicant is eligible for up to $5,000 in bonuses upon completion of the program.

Training location will be in Farmville, VA and Lynchburg, VA

Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer complaints and service matters with consultation and approval from the store manager
• Operational leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager
• Maintain proper floor display in all areas of the store
• Maintain proper price tagging of all merchandise
• Monitor the business builder program
• Assist in making sales
• Maintain good communications with customers
• Place orders for all repair/replacement parts from vendors
• Assist store manager whenever needed

Must be willing to travel up to an hour, or further, as needed.
