- Facilitate regular prospect reviews and coordinate next steps across portfolio managers and development teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support relationship management and fundraising strategy.

- Proven track record of growing and managing a portfolio of funders or donors.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in developing compelling grant proposals and detailed reporting.
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external funders in virtual and in-person settings.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines, systems, and complex grant requirements.
- High adaptability and ability to shift priorities in response to urgent or high-stakes donor needs.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
- Competitive salary based on geographic tier, ranging approximately from $74,300 to $117,200 annually depending on location and experience.
- Remote-first work structure with flexibility across the United States.
- Opportunity to manage high-impact institutional partnerships contributing to large-scale social outcomes.
- Professional development opportunities within a national fundraising and development organization.
- Exposure to senior leadership and high-level philanthropic stakeholders.
- Collaborative, mission-driven work environment focused on equity and impact.
- Access to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives beyond core portfolio responsibilities.
