This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, and integration delivery, supporting organizations across LATAM in their digital transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business needs into scalable integration solutions using iPaaS technologies such as Celigo and related platforms. Working closely with clients, sales, and technical delivery teams, you will design end-to-end integration workflows that connect ERP, SaaS, and enterprise systems. The position requires a strong balance of technical depth and business acumen, ensuring solutions are both strategically aligned and technically sound. You will also play a key role in guiding implementations from design through go-live and post-launch support. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-paced environment focused on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for leading solution design and integration consulting activities across client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of iPaaS-based automation and connectivity projects. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, integration needs, and automation objectives
• Designing integration architectures, workflows, and system connectivity solutions using Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms
• Delivering tailored product demonstrations and translating requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Creating functional and technical documentation, including field mappings, transformation logic, and integration specifications
• Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout implementation phases
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Assisting with deployment, go-live, and post-launch hypercare support activities
• Identifying opportunities for platform expansion and additional integration use cases within client environments
• Collaborating with sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction

You should bring solid experience in integration consulting or solution delivery within SaaS, ERP, or iPaaS ecosystems, combined with strong client-facing and problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

• Proven experience in integration consulting, solutions consulting, or iPaaS implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with Celigo, NetSuite, APIs, ERP systems, or similar integration technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS ecosystems, and business process automation
• Experience designing integration workflows, data mappings, and system architectures
• Ability to produce clear functional and technical documentation
• Experience supporting UAT, implementation, and go-live phases
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred)
