Position Summary:

The Warehouse Route Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to customers while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role combines driving, inventory handling, and hands-on warehouse work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You will ensure accurate deliveries, maintain organized inventory, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. A clean driving record is required for this position.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivery & Driving

  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products along assigned routes
  • Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to customers
  • Navigate routes using GPS or maps and maintain delivery logs
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues

Warehouse Operations

  • Load and unload products using proper handling and safety procedures
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Support inventory counts, audits, and quality control processes

Customer Service & Safety

  • Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries
  • Address basic customer questions and represent the company positively
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Daily Activities

  • Loading and unloading products
  • Driving delivery routes
  • Performing inventory checks
  • Conducting vehicle inspections
  • Operating forklifts or pallet jackss

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Experience in warehouse or delivery roles preferred
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
