Harriman's growing multi-disciplinary practice is seeking a Plumbing Designer to join our team in our Auburn, Maine office. With a holistic, ground-up approach to design, our Mechanical team works closely with architects and engineers throughout the firm as well as directly with prime engineering clients, on a diverse group of project types.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include development of Revit BIM drawings under the direct supervision of a senior engineer/designer.

Design:

· Support project engineer in design, presentation, documentation and production of projects.

· Assist the project engineer in analyzing and developing building systems.

· Aid in preparation of Concept, Schematic and Design Development drawings and materials.

· Participate in design reviews and team meetings.

· Research products in conjunction with specifications.

· Provide production assistance during Construction Document phase.

Software Experience

· Experience in Revit is preferred, but not mandatory

Requirements:

  • Completion in a drafting programing and/or currently enrolled in a related associates’ program.
