You will serve as a key legal advisor supporting cross-functional teams across product, business, operations, and leadership. The position involves handling a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy, and product counseling in a highly dynamic environment. You will help build scalable legal frameworks that enable rapid innovation while managing risk in complex, regulated markets. The work is highly cross-functional and deeply embedded in business strategy, requiring both legal rigor and commercial pragmatism. - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, and other strategic deals.
- Partner closely with business, product, operations, and finance teams to support enterprise sales, commercial initiatives, and strategic company growth.
- Provide legal guidance on product development and launches, identifying risks and delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters across areas such as privacy, data security, ecommerce, healthcare-adjacent regulations, and emerging legal frameworks.
- Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Support the development of scalable legal processes and contribute to the evolution of internal legal infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
- 5–8 years of legal experience, including experience at a top-tier law firm.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
- Strong expertise in commercial contracting, including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
- Proven ability to advise on legal and regulatory issues in high-growth technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial priorities effectively.
