This is a high-impact product role at the intersection of blockchain data, DeFi protocols, and user-facing financial tooling. You will own the quality and coverage of on-chain integrations that power a fast-growing crypto tax platform used by hundreds of thousands of investors globally. The role focuses on translating complex blockchain activity into accurate, reliable, and intuitive product experiences. You will work closely with engineering to define how DeFi protocols are interpreted, parsed, and surfaced to users in a meaningful way. Operating in a remote-first, async environment, you’ll have high autonomy to shape product direction and prioritise what gets built next. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep DeFi knowledge with strong product judgment and analytical thinking.

• Own the strategy, quality, and coverage of blockchain and DeFi integrations, ensuring accurate and reliable on-chain data ingestion.
• Analyse protocols, transaction data, and user behaviour to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Translate complex DeFi mechanics into clear product requirements and actionable engineering specifications.
• Prioritise integration work using customer feedback, market signals, and business impact to guide roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define, test, and ship improvements to data pipelines and integration logic.
• Continuously monitor blockchain ecosystems, competitor coverage, and protocol changes to ensure product relevance and accuracy.
• Make trade-offs between data quality, user experience, and growth impact to optimise product outcomes.
• Contribute to improving retention and engagement through better integration reliability and completeness.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within crypto, fintech, data-heavy platforms, or technical SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of blockchain systems, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data structures, with the ability to interpret transaction-level data.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering on complex technical products involving APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations.
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data and protocol documentation into structured product decisions.
• Experience writing clear, technical product requirements and working in async or highly autonomous environments.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Familiarity with major DeFi ecosystems and an understanding of how protocols differ across chains.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments with limited structure.
