Commercial Loan Processor - North Port office in North Port, Florida at Crews Bank & Trust

Crews Bank & Trust is looking for a Commercial Loan Processor for the Loan Processing team.

The Commercial Loan Processor prepares all documents for various types of loans in accordance with the bank's Loan Credit Policy manual. Works closely with Lenders to ensure all loan packages are accurate and complete. Gathers necessary documents and information for a complete loan package such as: title insurance, surveys, appraisals, contracts, flood information, insurance etc.

Minimum Skill and Background:

• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment
• Good understanding of financial institution products and services, especially lending process
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; experienced with Excel spreadsheets

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years prior experience in loan documentation
• Prior experience with JHA Silverlake Core suite a plus
• Knowledge of real estate transactions and UCC procedures preferred
